You retain ownership of the content you create. However, by using our AI generation tools, you grant us a license to host and display your creations within the platform.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate content. Our AI has safety filters, but users must also refrain from uploading or generating harmful material. Accounts found in violation will be banned.
Purchases of Magic Power or physical goods are processed securely. Refunds for physical goods are subject to our return policy (only for defects). Magic Power purchases are non-refundable.
We respect your privacy. We do not sell personal data of children. Photos uploaded for AI editing are processed and then deleted or stored securely based on user preference.

Photos uploaded for stickers or fashion are processed securely by our AI partners and stored in your private gallery. We do not use your children's photos to train public AI models. You can delete them at any time.
Our AI engines (Gemini & Imagen) have strict safety filters to prevent the generation of inappropriate, harmful, or scary content. Every output is vetted for safety before you see it.
High-risk features like purchasing items, starting chats in the Marketplace, or buying Magic Power require Parental Verification via email. This ensures parents stay in control.
You have full control. Contact support to request a complete deletion of your account and all associated data. We process these requests within 48 hours.
